Park Hours are Dawn to Dusk.
Malabar Community Park has multiple picnic benches and one main pavilion, a baseball/softball field, a soccer pitch, a basketball court, a tennis court, a playgound, restrooms, ample parking, a fitness park and a bridge over the lake.
Also accessible from Malabar Community Park is the Malabar Scrub Sanctuary, maintained by the Brevad County Enviornmentally Endangered Lands (EELs) program.
