First Court Date Set for Malabar Scrub Case

At the August 15th Town Council Meeting, Town Attorney Bohne informed the public that a date of 11/21/2022 has been selected to hear the Motion to Abate the Town filed to request mediation. 

EDIT: The Court Date has been postponed until the middle of February.
