Malabar Scrub Sanctuary Interlocal Agreement

On May 1st, 2023, the Town of Malabar and Brevard County held a Joint Conflict Assessment meeting to discuss the Malabar Scrub Sanctuary Restoration Project. An agreement was tentatively made at that meeting, with Malabar Town Council voting to confirm the agreement on May 15th and Brevard County Commission voting to confirm in on May 23rd.
